1 can Campbells Mushroom soup,
1 can Campbells Consomme soup,
1 small can mushrooms - drained,
1 cup minute rice or regular rice cooked ever so slightly,
1 med. onion - diced,
1/4 cup celery
3/4 stick butter/oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soups, mushrooms & rice. Saute onions and celery in butter and add to mixture. Bake in 2 qt. casserole dish @ 375º for the first 1/2 hour covered. Remove cover, stir and bake another 1/2 hour uncovered. Serve.
