1 unbaked pie shell
3 eggs well beaten
1 15 oz. can solid pack pumpkin (not pie filling)
1 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 stick melted butter
1 large can Pet Evaporated Milk (not condensed milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in large mixing bowl and beat with rotary or electric mixer. Add other ingredients and stir till well blended, pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350º until knife inserted comes out clean. Start checking at 40 minutes. Serves: 8 Prep: 15 min. plus cooking
