10 -15 clams (no juice)
2 cups milk
6 tbs butter
6 tbs flour
1 tbs parsley
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 - 1 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Grind the clams and put on stove until they start to simmer. Make white sauce by heating butter until it melts, stir in flour until well blended; slowly whisk in milk and heat until thickened. Add gradually all ingredients to the white sauce. Spoon into clean clam shells. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake in a 450ºF oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
