8 Slices cinnamon raisin bread- cubed
6 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Put bread cubes is a greased 9" X 13" X 2" pan. In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs then add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour over the bread cubes. Let sit for about 15 minutes, then bake in a 350ºF oven for 1 hr and 10 min.
