1 lb. Ground beef
1 t. salt
16 oz. Can pork and beans
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. minced onions
1 can (9.5 oz.) biscuits
1 c. cheddar cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Brown ground beef and drain.
3. Stir in next 5 ingredients
4. Heat until bubbly.
5. Pour into 2-quart casserole.
6. Cut biscuits in half to form 20 half biscuits.
7. Place cut side down around edge of casserole.
8. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes

This is my favorite recipe from my Mom! I made it when Bill and I first started dating. Bill is not a fan of any kind of bean. Thankfully, I have a food processor to grind those beans to mush and he has no clue!
