1 C. white sugar
1 C. milk
1/3 C. butter
1 egg
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 3 Tbs butter in a cast iron fry pan so it will spread when cooled. Add 1 C. of canned peaches and 1 C. brown sugar in buttered pan.

Mix together and spread over fruit and sugar and bake 45 minutes at 350º F. Turn bottom side up on a plate.
