1-pint oysters
2 cups med-coarse cracker crumbs (46 saltines)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup light cream
1/2 t salt
1/4 t Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Drain oysters, reserving 1/4 cup liquid. Combine cracker crumbs and butter. Spread 1/2 of crumbs in 8 inch cake pan. Cover with the oysters. Sprinkle with black pepper. Put remaining cracker crumbs over oysters. Sprinkle with black pepper. Combine cream, oyster liquid, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over oysters.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.

This recipe came from Grandma Sarah. She made it every year at Thanksgiving and Christmas. It was always extremely popular with the men!
