3 Pounds Hamburger
1 Pound Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Large Green Bell Pepper - Diced
1 Large Onion - Diced
1 Box Rigatoni
1 Large and 1 Small Spaghetti Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1 Fry the Hamburger, Green Pepper and Onion together.
2 Drain Well.
3 Cook Rigatoni according to the directions on the box.
4 Drain the Pasta
5 In 9x13 Pan, put a little sauce in the bottom.
6 Layer Hamburger, Rigatoni, Sauce, and Cheese until the pan is full, with Cheese on the top.
7 Cover loosely with foil making a tent to prevent the Cheese from sticking to the foil.
8 Bake at 350 until heated through and the Cheese is melted.

Note: This can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator. However, this will result in a longer baking time.
