1/2 medium green cabbage, thinly sliced
1/4 small purple cabbage, very thinly sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. coconut milk, original, unsweetened
2 t. granulated sugar
2 t. applecide vinegar or lemon juice
1 t. horseradish cream sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, coconut milk, horseradish, sugar and apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
2. In medium bowl, combine green and purple sliced cabbage.
3. Once dressing is creamy and smooth, pour it over cabbage and stir well.
4. Stir right before serving
