"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 (14 oz.) cans of Whole Green Beans
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 (4 oz.) can Mushrooms
1 (6oz.) can French's Fried Onions
1 tsp. Seasoning Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. In a mixing bowl, combine mushroom soup, and the juice of one of the can of green beans, less one tablespoon. Add seasoning salt, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Drain remaining green beans and the mushrooms. Fold the mushrooms and green beans into the soup mixture until well coated. Pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Top with 1/2 of the fried onion. Place into the oven and bake until bubbles form around the edge, approximately 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and gently fold the fried onions into the green beans. Top with the remaining onions and return to the oven until the onions are golden brown. Approximately 5 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to thicken a bit.
