6 to 8 sweet Italian sausages
1 tablespoon butter
One cup onion, sliced in crescent shape
6 cups water
1 tablespoon beef, bouillon or three cubes
28 ounces crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup green pepper
1/4 cup red pepper and 1/4 cup yellow pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Two small zucchinis cubed
2 ounces of linguine broken into 2 inch pieces
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Fully cooked sausage, Pierce skin, drain well; wind cool cut into 1/2 inch rounds. Set aside sauté onion and butter. Add water, bouillon, tomatoes, spices bring to a full boil, then add sausage, zucchini, and linguine. Cover and cook simmering.
