2 small cans, (11 oz) pineapple tidbits*
1 c. marshmallows
¼ lb. Velveeta cheese chopped
1 pkg. salted peanuts, chopped
1 T. sugar
2 T. flour
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. butter
2 med beaten eggs

*Smaller than chunks, but hard to find
Directions:
Directions:
Cook pineapple juice with sugar, flour, lemon juice, butter with beaten eggs. Cool mixture and mix in other ingredients except for peanuts. Let sit overnight or several hours. Stir in peanuts before serving.
