24 oz jumbo shrimp
2 Tbsp sofrito
salt and pepper
8 Tbsp butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon
1 tsp sazón
chopped cilantro
lime wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Season the shrimp with the sofrito, salt, and pepper.
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat, then add the shrimp and sear for 1 - 2 minutes per side.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Melt the butter in the pan, then add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon into the pan, then add the sazón and mix well.
Return the shrimp to the pan and cook 1 - 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat and garnish with the cilantro.
Serve with lime wedges.
