1 Tbsp top sirloin steak, sliced
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1/2 tsp sazón
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 red onion, quartered
1/2 red bell pepper, quartered
1/4 green bell pepper, quartered
1/4 yellow bell pepper, quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, sazón, and pepper.
Marinate the beef in the mixture for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Add the oil to a hot pan over high heat, then separate the beef into 2 - 3 batches.
Add each batch to the pan in a single layer, then sear for 2 - 3 minutes.
Flip and sear for another 2 minutes.
Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside, reserving the marinade.
Lower heat to medium-high, then add the onion and peppers to the pan.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly charred.
Return the beef to the skillet and stir.
Add the reserved marinade and cook over high heat for 1 - 2 minutes, until the liquid is slightly reduced.
