1 uncle Ben’s long grain and wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 whole chicken cut into pieces or chicken breast
1 Package Lipton onion soup mix
1 can, cold water
1 tsp. Parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan. Mixed rice with half of Lipton onion soup, stir in mushroom and celery soup, water and parsley. Pour into pan, placed chicken on top and sprinkle the remaining Lipton onion soup mix over chicken. Seal with foil and bake for 350° for 1½ to 2 hours.
