Your desired amount of Salmon
Small jar of creamy horseradish sauce
Fresh dill (or dry dill weed)
Salt & pepper
Lemon

Directions:
Directions:
1- Preheat oven to 350
2- Place Salmon on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
3- Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper and squeeze the lemon juice all over.
4- Put a thin coating of the creamy horseradish sauce on the fish and then a good serving of either the fresh dill or dry dill weed right on top.
5- Bake for 15 mins until the salmon easily flakes with a fork - or your desired doneness.
