1 medium yellow onion minced
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 lb lean ground beef
2 tsp cumin
4-6 cups canned beef broth(can substitute beef bouillon cubes reconstituted with water)
1/4 cup ketchup
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 fresh tomato chopped
1 tsp steak sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 medium carrot speeled and chopped fine
4 small red or Yukon Gold potatoes peeled and diced
3 stalks celery chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot saute the minced onion in olive oil for 3 minutes. Add the ground beef- don't break it up too much- cook until browned. Drain off excess fat. Add the cumin. Brown for 3 more minutes.
Add the beef broth and all remaining ingredients. Simmer another 30 minutes until the vegetables are tender
