Ingredients:  
Salad:
1 head of cabbage cut into small chunks
2 shredded carrots
2 chopped green onions
6 fresh mushrooms chopped
1/2 cup roasted/salted sunflower seeds
1 pkg bean sprouts
2 pkgs original ichiban noodles

Dressing:
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 ichiban season that comes in noodle pkgs

Directions:
Directions:
Add all “salad” ingredients(except ichiban noodles)into a large bowl or roasting pan

Mix all “dressing “ ingredients into a measuring cup and whisk well … I like the salad saucy so I double the batch of dressing minus 2 extra pkgs of the ichiban seasoning
Pour dressing over salad ingredients and let marinade for about an hour then crush ichiban noodles into small chunks and top the salad, mix well and serve …enjoy!!
