1 c. warm milk
1 package active dry yeast (2 ¼ tsp.)
¼ c. sugar
3 ½ c. all-purpose flour
¼ c. melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit until bubbly, about 5 minutes.
2. Stir until melted butter, egg, and salt. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
4. Roll out the dough, cut unto 12 squares, and place on baking sheet. Let the dough rise again for 30 minutes.
5. Bake at 350º F for 12-15 minutes until golden. Brush with melted butter.
