1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 lb Potatoes, diced into bite size (1/2 white and 1/2 sweet potatoes)
1 tsp Olive Oil
¼ cup water
Salt
Black Pepper
½ white onion, chopped
2 tsp Yellow Mustard
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Toppings:
Tomatoes
White Onions / Green Onions
Lettuce
Dill Pickle Chips

Big Mac Sauce:
¼ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Ketchup
¼ cup Dill Pickles, chopped
1 Tbsp Dill Pickle Juice
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Wash and dice your potatoes into small bite size pieces (peal sweet potatoes).
3. Heat pan on stove over medium heat and add olive oil.
4. Add potatoes and ¼ cup water to the pan. Season generously with salt and pepper. Cook until soften (5-10 minutes).
5. Once softened, place in baking dish.
6. Place ground beef and onions into pan on stove and brown. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and mustard. Stir to combine well. Add to potatoes and mix together.
7. Top the potatoes and beef mixture with shredded cheddar cheese and cover with foil. Place in the oven for 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
8. Combine Big Mac sauce and put in the fridge.
9. When finished baking remove the pan from the oven and take off the foil. Top with Big Mac sauce and all the toppings.
