1 can evaporated milk
11/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
4 egg yolks
11/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup coconut (8oz)
11/2 cups chopped peans

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil
remove from heat
Add vanilla, coconut and pecans

Use to frost brownies or top of German chocolate cake.


Double recipe for two round cakes with frosted sides
