6 eggs
Slices of bread cut into cubes (enough to cover bottom of 9x13 casserole dish)
1 lb. ham or sausage
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon ground mustard
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare meat: brown sausage & drain or cut ham into small pieces
Cut bread into cubes, enough to cover well bottom of glass casserole dish
Spread meat & cheese on top of bread, mixing slightly
Mix beaten eggs, milk and ground mustard in bowl until blended well.
Pour over bread/meat/cheese trying to soak all the casserole
With a fork, lightly spread out bread/meat/cheese until mostly moistened with egg/milk mixture
Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes or until center of egg casserole is baked (no longer runny)
