2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/ 2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rote!, drained
1 can evaporated milk
1 can green chili pepper, diced and drained 1 dozen corn tortilla

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper. Add soups, Rotel, chili's and milk. Layer 1/2 tortillas in sprayed 9x13 pan. Top with 1/ 2 of meat mixture and 1/2 of cheese. Repeat layer. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
