1/2 c. sourdough starter, unfed
2 1/2 c. (300 g) all purpose flour
1/2 c. (120 g) milk
1/4 c. (60 g) plain yogurt
1 T. (15 g) olive oil
1 1/2 t. (7 g) salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wet ingredients, then add flour and salt. Mix well. Dough will be stiff. Cover and let rest until doubled, about 8 hours.

Divide into 8 equal pieces. Shape into balls and cover with a towel. (At this point they can be stored in a covered container in the fridge for up to 3 days before cooking.)

Preheat skillet for 10 minutes. Roll out dough to 1/8" thick. Cook on each side until done.
