2 lb mangoes (or apples, pears, cherries...); add cranberries, if desired
2 T Sugar

Topping: (For a 9x13 pan, you might want to increase the topping amounts by 1.5.)

½ C Quick oats
½ C Brown sugar
¼ C Flour
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ C softened butter

Directions:
Directions:
Butter (or spray Pam in) a baking dish (9x9 up to 9x13)

Prepare fruit (i.e., wash, peel (if needed), cube or slice) and place in baking dish

Sprinkle sugar over the fruit

Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of fruit.

Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes
