1 lb. ground chicken or turkey
1/3 c. almond flour
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
2 t. fresh chopped dill
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. crumbled feta
1 t. onion powder
2 t. dried oregano
2 t. cumin
salt and pepper to taste
zest of 1 lemon
1 T. olive oil
Tzatziki Sauce:
1 c. plain greek yogurt
2/3 c. grated cucumber, squeezed dry
3 T. fresh lemon juice
1 T. lemon zest
1 T. minced garlic
1/4 c. fresh chopped chopped dill
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine all the meatball ingredients together and form into small balls.

For the Tzatziki sauce, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and chill.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear meatballs for 3-4 minutes until browned.

Serve meatballs over cilantro rice and top with tzatziki sauce.
