1 ea. 4 to 6 lb. pork shoulder roast
1 (16 oz) can whole cranberry sauce
¼ c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Roast Pork at 325º for 3 hours (internal temp.185).
Pour off drippings (use for another day).
Trim skin and fat and return to pan.
Mash cranberry sauce with fork and stir in brown sugar.
Cut deep gashes in meat, and brush generously with cranberry sauce.
Bake 350º for 30 minutes basting often with glaze.
