1 box Jiffy Cornbread mix
1 can creamed corn
1 8 oz sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1 small chopped onion
1 egg
¼ cup sugar
3 dashes of hot sauce
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

Mix all together and pour into pyrex dish and bake 45 minutes at 375º.
