1 c. regular 5-minute grits
4 c. chicken broth
½ t. garlic powder

1 sm. pkg. (12 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 stick butter
½ lb. sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
¼ t. white pepper
1 t. salt
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the broth and garlic powder to a boil in a 2 quart saucepan. Slowly stir in the grits and whisk until thoroughly combined. Reduce heat to medium low. Cook 5-7 minutes until the grits are thick, stirring occasionally.
When grits are cooked, add the butter, cheeses and Worcestershire. Stir until the butter and cheese have melted. Add the eggs slowly, along with the salt and pepper.
Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until set.
