1 lb ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
½ tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion, drain. Stir in salt. Spread in 9" greased pie pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
Bake 400º for 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
