1 english cucumber diced
1 pack grape tomatoes, halved
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced black olives
2 lbs tri-colored rotini

DRESSING:
1¼ cups olive oil
1 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 T dried oregano
1T dried basil
3 T Spike all purpose seasoning
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup may

Directions:

To make dressing put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth

Cook pasta, drain
Add veggies
Add dressing

I got this recipe from my mom, a copy out of a magazine perhaps.
I made this a lot when you guys were in school. It's great to take for lunch.

I often added the meat pulled from a rotisserie chicken to make a full meal.
