3 Pork Tenderloins, each 3/4 lb (2.5 lbs for 4 ppl)
1/2 low sodium soy sauce
1/2 Bourbon
4 T brown sugar

Mustard Sauce:
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 T chopped scallions (white part)
1 1/2 T white wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
To prepare meat: In a shallow baking dish, blend all ingredients, except meat. Add meat and marinate chilled for several hours. To serve, preheat oven to 325º. Bake meat in marinade 45 minutes, basting frequently. Serve with sauce.

To prepare sauce: In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Let stand at room temperature at least 4 hours before serving.
