3 T. olive oil
3 jars baby artichokes packed in water
1 basket white mushrooms
3 onions
4 garlic cloves (minced)
4 t. Worcestershire sauce
¼ t. dried thyme
¼ t. dried tarragon
1 c. dry white wine
4 c. chicken broth
4 c. vegetable broth
2 turnips
2 bay leaves
2 c. fat-free Half & Half
1 T white-wine vinegar plus extra to taste
Salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste
4 chicken breasts (sautéed, seasoned, and diced)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop vegetables in food processor and sauté in olive oil (use soup pot).
Medium heat—add all wet ingredients except Half & Half.
Add dry ingredients.
Add chicken.
Reduce heat and add Half & Half. Simmer for 30 minutes and serve.
