2 lbs. ground turkey (1 pkg.)
2 medium onions puréed
4 cloves garlic minced
2 lg. eggs
¼ c. ketchup
¾ c. bread crumbs (2 bread slices)
Worcestershire sauce (a few dashes)
Tabasco (a few dashes)
1 t. salt
½ t. pepper
½ t. garlic salt
½ t. onion salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375º.

In a large bowl, add all the meatloaf ingredients and mix well. Transfer the ingredients to a greased pan, shaping the ingredients into a loaf. 

Bake for one hour. Turn up oven to broil and cook until the top of the loaf reaches desired color.
