1 can tomato soup
¾ to 1 cup sugar
½ cup vinegar
⅛ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed

Mix the warm oil to the rest of the ingredients. Beat well in blender or electric mixer.
