1¼ cup butter, soft
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
¾ cup cocoa
1 tsp. soda
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, bled well. Combine flour, cocoa, soda, and salt; blend into the creamed mixture. Drop by the spoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 8-9 minutes. Cool in cookie sheet until set, about one minute. Then set in wire rack to cool.
