Ingredients:
Knead all ingredients to form a soft dough. Refrigerate for 2 hours or up to overnight. Roll small sections of the dough out with a little flour, to about ¼ inch thick. Using a knife cut the dough into rectangular pieces and then using your knife cut a small opening in each rectangle. Dont stress too much about how these rectangles look.
Meanwhile heat about 3inches of oil in a large pot, for deep frying the dough. Once the oil is hot and bubbling slightly, place 2-3 dough rectangles in the oil at a time. Flipping once, the dough will fluff up and turn golden brown once cooked. Dip the rollkuchen into granulated sugar and eat right away.
