8 oz self raising flour
4 oz sugar
4 oz margarine
1 egg
Raspberry jam
6 tbsp milk
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven at Regulo 6 (400 °F / 200 °C) and grease baking sheet.
Sieve all dry ingredients together.
Rub in margarine.
Then add beaten egg and milk and mix well.
Shape into rounds, make a hole in the middle and fill with jam.
Place on baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
