1 1/4 lb ground cured ham
3/4 lb fresh ground pork
5 slices bread
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk

Glaze
1 tsp prepared mustard
3/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Meat loaf

beat eggs, add milk, break bread until milk mixture and let soak. Combine with meat and mix well. Form into loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. When done remove and cover with glaze.

return to over and leave until sugar mixture melts and forms glaze.
