2 refrigerated pie crusts--room temp
2 --21 oz cans apple pie filling

Topping:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, cold

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Move rack to lower part of the oven

Lightly flour a work surface. Unroll two room temperature pie crusts. Stack them onto of each other

Roll the dough to about a 17" x 14" rectangle using a rolling pin

Transfer dough to a quarter sheet pan and press the crust into the corners of pan
Using the excess dough to form higher edges

Pour two cans of pie filling (chop up a little) into the pie crust

TOPPING
In a med mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, nutmeg & Cinnamon

Cut in cold butter into cubes. Use a pastry blender to combine into a cumbly mixture

Sprinkle the topping over the apple pie filling

Bake at about 45 minutes or until the crust is brown and filling is bubbly

Serve warm.
