1.5 C Entenmann's all butter pound loaf, cut into small cubes

2 T orange juice

3 T raspberry preserves

1 T water

1-1.5 cups cold milk

1 pkg 4oz jell-o vanilla instant pudding and pie filling

13/4 - C Cool whip thawed

1 T sherry wine (Optional)

Directions:
Divide cake cubes evenly among 6 dessert glasses. Sprinkle with orange juice. Mix raspberry preserves and water in small bowl. Spoon over cake cubes.

Pour mild into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping and sherry. Spoon into glasses. Garnish with remaining whipped topping, toasted slivered almonds and maraschino cherries, if desired.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
