2 cups water
1 cup white sugar
Juice from 1 large lime
1 teaspoon rum extract
½ teaspoon citric acid powder food grade
1 drop green food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients into a saucepan. Heat to boiling and boil until all sugar is dissolved. Place in refrigerator until chilled.

Follow ice cream machine manufacturer’s directions to freeze.
