6 oz pkg lemon Jello
1-1/3 cup boiling water
1-1/3 cup syrup, drained from pineapple
1 can evaporated milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups carrot pieces, cut to 1-inch size cubes or shredded
1-1/3 cup crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Place in blender and add syrup, milk and cream cheese. Mix until smooth. Put in carrots and blend until chopped. Transfer to large bowl and stir in pineapple. Pour into serving bowl or mold and chill.
