Cake:
2 1/2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Oil
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Eggs
4 Cups Diced Apples
1 Cup Walnuts

Frosting:
6 Tablespoons Butter
6 Ounces Cream Cheese
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for the cake and bake at 375º for 45 minutes. Once cake is cooled. Mix all ingredients for the frosting and frost the cooled cake.
