1 box (16oz) bow tie (farfelle) pasta
1 cup each- peeled, cubed peaches, orange sections, cubed cantaloupe
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup sliced strawberries
4 kiwis- peeled and cut into 1/4 slices

Orange-Poppy Seed Dressing

3 tbsp sugar
1.5 tsp orange zest
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
dash black pepper
1/3 cup oil
2 tsp poppy seed

Directions:

1. Cook pasta to Al dente, drain. Rinse with cold water. Once cool, combine pasta, peaches, oranges, cantaloupe, and celery

2. Add dressing, toss to coat. Cover, chill for at least 4 hours but overnight is best.

3. Before serving stir in strawberries and kiwis

Dressing-

1. In a blender, combine 1st 6 ingredients, cover and blend until combined. With blender running, slowly add the oil in a steady stream until the mixture is thicken. Stir in poppy seeds.
