CARNIVORE GRAVY (concentrated):
INGREDIENTS:
15g/1 tbsp Butter/Coconut Oil
500g Carton Egg Whites
5g/ 1 tbsp Gelatine
30g/2 tbsp Heavy Cream/Coconut Cream
95g/ ½ cup Stock

Melt butter in skillet, add egg whites and let cook slowly on low heat. No need to stir. When set add to blender with gelatin and stock and cream if using. Blend until no tiny egg white pieces in sauce. Mixture will be thick. Spoon into small silicon muffin cups and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze.
To use after cooking some type of meat, add water or stock to meat drippings and then add a gravy concentrate and stir to blend in while heating. If it needs to be thicker, add another gravy lump from muffin cup.
