4 chicken breasts
2 eggs beaten
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
3 green onions, chopped
salt
oil
noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness.
Sprinkle each piece with salt.
Top with 1/4 of the green onions and 1/4 cup of cheese.
Fold chicken over cheese; secure with toothpick.
Dip chicken in eggs; coat with breadcrumbs.
Brown in oil and place chicken in baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve over noodles.
