Buy the Chinese Chicken Salad in the Costco Fresh Food Aisle (comes with 2 packs)

To make 1 large bowl - serves 4 or so as main dish
1 head of lettuce - chopped
Add the Costco Chicken Salad fixins
Mix in
2 bunches of green onions chopped
1 bunch of cilantro chopped
1 can of crunchy chinese topping like wonton chips/crisps
