6 chicken steaks
1 egg plus 1 egg white or 2 egg whites
salt, garlic powder and onion powder
1 cup panko crumbs
1 cup cornflake crumbs

SAUCE

1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup apricot jelly
4 tbsp onion soup mix
5 tbsp chicken soup
Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together eggs with spices. Combine panko and cornflake crumbs. Dredge chicken in egg mixture and then in panko crumbs mixture.

Fry chicken on both sides until only the outside is crisp.

Prepare the sauce. Pour into bottom of 9x13 pan. Place chicken on top of sauce and bake 1 1/2 hours uncovered on 350º.
