• 1 ½ cups Graham Cracker
• 1/3 cup Butter, melted
• 2 tbsp sugar

Cheesecake Filling:
24-3 ozs pkg Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tsp Vanilla

Cinnamon Swirl:
• 1/2 cup Brown sugar
• 1 tbs Cinnamon
1/4 cup Sugar

Icing:
• 1 cup Powdered Sugar
• 2-3 tbs Milk
1 tsp Vanilla

Preheat your oven to 325 *.
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker rumbs, melted butter, and sugar until it resembles wet
and. 3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pringform pan.
Use the back of a spoon or a flat-bottomed glass to pack it firmly.
Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes.
Remove and set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and ranulated sugar on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Mix in the sour cream and vanilla extract until fully
corporated.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon and sugar.
Cut, serve and ENJOY!
